Brittnie, Emily, and Hillary do an amazing job! Brittnie and Emily were amazing during my move in process. They were very warming and my move in went smoothly! Hillary does an amazing job communicating any resident news. I can not reccomend these girls enough! The property is clean and well managend. Very quiet property. Could not ask for anything better.

Going a weekend without hot water because its not a necessity is insane. Rent keeps going up but what is changing? The gates have been broken for months which is one of the reasons we moved to this neighborhood.

The staff is incredibly friendly. I loved visiting! I have lived out of state for a while, but I spoke with Chantae to inquire about the complex for a friend, and she almost sold me on it! I had the mind to pick up and move to Georgia! She was incredible and super nice!

Please bring Amy back. Chantae Peterman is the the worst manager that I have ever dealt with. Im new at Princeton Place and when Amy was here business operated more efficiently. If something in my unit needed to be fixed, then it got done. On the other hand, Chantae is clearly lazy, rude, and need to be terminated. I contacted her a week before Thanksgiving in reference to my locking mechanism for the front door being stuck. I cant even open the front door literally. Its January of 2024 and its still not fixed. I literally just left the office inquiring about renewing my lease because I was under the impression to resubmit an application. Instead of Chantae leaving her office she was talking to one of the workers to relay a message when I was literally sitting outside her office door. I got up and said why are you talking from your office instead of just coming out to talk to me. She must of made an unprofessional facial expression because the young lady kind of blushed. Please find Amy and bring her back.
