Summer Tree Apartment Homes

This was the best experience for me living out of town,the service to the apartment experience. They will definitely take every aspect to assist you. Tranay is a sweetheart trust me you will feel like you've made the right decision when you choose Summertree. After a day of being here it didnt go as I planned coming from another state. My neighbor is rude as hell, I dont do racism very well for him to call me the N word. I grew up in a Christian environment and took this at heart because I ask politely after I introduced myself to him. Ive lived in complexes before this guy is making my life a living hell with me living under him. You can tell the difference with walking & stumping so I have learned to tune it out a lot of times. I dont think I will stay through my lease because I feel, I am just complaining and oh hes a nice guy till the N word is thrown up in your face. I really like it here n my apartment, its affordable & close to my employment. Wish things was different with my neighbor upstairs unfortunately NOT!!!!

When we first move in things was greet because Jessica was there after she left the whole complex just turned upside down why when we moved out they said our security deposit goes towards the cleaning of the apartment they claimed we left the carpet with stains and they had to repatch the wall all Im saying they claimed it in the lease but its not (its only 300 yall can keep it)

Water pressure has been low for about 6 months at least. We've complained repeatedly and we're still dealing with the same issue. Rent is too high to put up with a basic issue like water pressure being low and not fixed for half a year.

I've been a resident for almost a year now and I think I can give an honest assessment of the apartments. The Good AFFORDABLE QUICK MAINTENANCE NO PESTS!!! I have the occasional spider and waterbug/roach, but it's impossible not to have one or two occasionally in the south. POOL (I don't use it, but it's there} Laundromat (this will also show up in the bad...) Environment and neighborhood is great You have until the 5th to pay rent without a late fee The Bad THE PARKING Get home, secure a spot and don't do anything else otherwise you risk having to park a couple of apartments away from where you live. This place has made me want to move somewhere with designated spots. LAUNDROMAT It's cheap, but the water pressure seems to be low on all of the machines, so it never fills up or cleans your clothes properly. The dryers are a gamble, and you may or not get one that works.
