        I have been with PSL since 2019 and it has never felt like a job. Being apart of this community is a blessing working with geriatrics is a passion of mine. I look forward to working with my seniors everyday. The staff is amazing. They are compassionate with the seniors. We are all like family. It's a great place to work. It's a place where you can be yourself. Full of love and laughter and the stories that seniors tell are amazing. It's a great place to call home. I truly enjoy working in this community...

        This place is more like a long term care facility. The pay is terrible. $12/hr for my 20 years of experience as a CNA. I loved the Residents tho, I just hate that they have to see new faces so often because people dont go through with the hiring process because of the pay rate or people quit often because of the pay rate. This place didnt even do an economy raise. The ED told me they dont do yearly raises neither.

        My mom has been at the Phoenix since July 2022, first as a rehab resident and then a full time resident. Mom has been pleased, it gives her relief knowing she doesn't have to worry about everyday living. It gives the rest of us peace of mind that she is in capable hands. Sheila Bennett-daughter
