Locked my business account without telling me. Couldnt get fuel at 3am in the morning. Called the next day and the branch manager wouldnt even take the time to speak with me even though my card was locked. Wanted me to drive 3hrs back to branch to get my card unlocked even though I had a time sensitive load on my truck. Wouldnt recommend for business account.

Went thru drive thru just now teller didnt say hello said nothing. Deposited money thru the teleporter got the receipt back still complete silence. Maybe hire some friendly people with a personality ?

Always an issue whenever I try to do anything with my accounts. They can't even close an account properly, so I definitely wouldn't trust them with my money.

Account closed after 2 years due to rude treatment from new high-school aged teller. Cashed payroll checks every week for over 6 months never w/ any issues.
Finding out Tifton / Sylvester branches close at 4pm, Leaving work early, Driving 45 minutes to Colony bank 2900 old Dawson rd in Albany Ga. Made it w/ 20 minutes before 5pm & two other customers. After speaking to multiple tellers for some reason.
New teller stats to me that " the check won't be cashed in case the check bounces. " and " we can choose to or not to cash your check." Again I'm a regular w/ account card, valid I.d, and in good standing w/ bank For 2 years.
After 21 minutes of being waited on, being rudely laughed at for asking the new teller how she spelled her name, and being dismissed by her now not able to cash my check.
Honestly I have lost all confidence in Colony bank/ SouthCrest Financial Group in general and will never use, invest in, or recommend them again.
