They ripped me off on technicalities. In the past I rented for a whole week and when I returned the car early they prorated the fee accordingly. This time they would NOT prorate the fee when I brought it back after 4 days early (I more than double over-paid). They said I should have read the contract... yeah right... I don't like it when big companies use incredibly long contracts written by whole teams of lawyers and then screw me on technicalities... they will win everytime that way. I will only do business with a company that treats me fairly regardless of the legalise in the contract. They should have treated me like they did on previous occassions. I will not do business with Budget.

Clean SUV, rode good, it was simple to reserve it, they were easy n quick when picking it up and returning it. I'll rent there again

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would give it 4.75 if possible the only small issue was the radio kept turning off within my rental. Everything else was great!

Rented from Albany GA while traveling for business..I was charged 500 dog fee..I did not have a dog in the car!! Do not rent from them!
