Review for last week- -was charged for evaluation and I didnt see the doctor. today I ask hygienist whats this charge I had- she clearly stated when the doctor came in and talk to you and went over X-rays-( still so many questions here), NO MAM HE DID NOT!!!!! ( She gets the billing manager, she Telling me I did when I know I didnt . N theres no way I can leave the building w/o being seen etc she telling me the hygienist couldnt tell me a price on filler and she did ( btw who doesnt know if they seen a doctor (remind you I just went last week) I had no info on what the doctor told me today from last week. (. The hygienist took X-rays and say Im not going to charge you, (I would confirm everything b4 going in back, since the front would only know, says the billing manager ) ask if the mouthwash is free , according to hygienist.one is free and the other is $16. seeing reviews on overcharge, scamming and billing issues since I first look at reviews back in 2020 n 4yrs later still an issue now have me questioning them as well. Just beware.

Nooooooo!!! Read all the NEWEST reviews before making an appointment.
Dishonorable and deceitful practices. A total waste of my time and also my mother's time.
I called and my mother called and we also called the insurance company to be sure about the preventative care cost. I asked what to expect because I had never been to the office and I didn't want to be blindsided by the total experience.
I was told by the front staff one thing over the phone and then told the opposite when I was seated in the chair with the hygienist.
The office manager spoke about ethics. Well...I question the logic of this office. How can you speak about ethics when you can't even be honest on a call before the office visit? What about giving your best customer service upfront before speaking about ethics? What happened to training the entire staff to give accurate info so that I am not leaving the office full of emotions and tension when no service was even provided?
All the calling and verifying the day before...just very disappointing that my experience was a bust. Gaslighting at its best.

In an increasingly troubling world, there are still great people out there, especially at this dental office. Thank you, Dr. Simons and James, for the great dental care, warm hugs and great conversations! And to the amazingly sweet front office staff, as well! Thank you all for restoring my faith in humanity at every visit! I could not ask for a better dental office, hands down!
