        It's nice beautiful office but that doesn't help. They asking my wife what is the skin tone type on the day of her consultation and then saying if we can't do the treatment then they will still charge $75. Well how is one suppose to know that information.

        My appointment experience was very pleasant. I did not have to wait long. The staff and doctor made sure I was seen in a respectful time frame and was very polite during my office visit.

        Great people, have used Chris Bass for years, always professional, polite and caring, Have had Mohs surgery four times for skin cancer and Dr Hougier has always done an excellent job!! 10 out of 10 recommend

        It does not matter if you come early or on time, the wait time is ridiculous. The staffs be talking too much instead of doing their jobs. My appointment was at 8:30AM, I arrived at 8:00AM. The lady at the front desk told me my appointment was not until 8:30AM, that they do not call until your appointment. The provider was not in yet. Okay 8:30AM, came I was still waiting awhile after my scheduled appointment time.
