Summer bill with AC was $100 a month , then my gas bill is over $400 for three months. Finally I quit using the gas n went to electric heater in my bedroom for half a month. My bill dropped to $200. City gas is remarkable high as the satellites!! I never spent $1,400 a winter when I living in the country on propane gas heat. Fill the gas tank up twice $500 total and ride all winter all winter!!

Terrible customer service. Turned off electric when an extension was approved. Had issue with the neutral wire causing issues with appliances. Called to place a claim, never a call back. The utility board must not need voted in. Mayor needs to have compassion for the little guy. They don't care about children, older adults, anyone.

The WORST company I have ever come across. They do not care. My power has been out 3 times in the last 2 months for reasons that were not my fault. I have three animals and Im pregnant. My house is 50 its unacceptable.

I called to ask a question and the employee had the NASTIEST attitude ever!!! They hire anybody!! If you work customer service you should be a people person, if you dont like people, dont work in customer service its VERY simple!!!! I was so polite I dont even know what all the attitude is about. Just about every person here has a nasty attitude. They need to just clean house and start over.

These people don't care at all about you or your family or emergency situation they don't even have programs in place to help you I have no family here been in hospital missing work about to bleed to death and no my power is off because I kept being told no extensions when I never had one then told if it didn't disconnect I could have got one I have three kids and have to go back to work tonight and since I'm lacking $100 I can't get my service connected and it's freezing out I wish Georgia power was here instead. These people deserve no stars.
