First time customer but definitely not last! Asha is my new loctician. I found this salon on Google and after reading the reviews, I booked a consultation. The experience and service started from the first phone call to book. Asha was so pleasant and helpful but considerate of the client she was working on when I called. My consultation was informative and reassuring. The ambiance of this place is so warm and inviting . I was offered water or wine during my consult. The appt was everything I hoped it would be from the detox wash where I got to prop my feet up and just relax while listening to soothing vibes to the retightening which was 4 hours exactly as she promised. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY RESULTS! You can tell Asha and TKay work as an effective team as it exudes from the place as you enter. A new customer for life!

I had an amazing experience at Jata locs studio in Albany Georgia! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was very welcoming and the salon was beautifully decorated. Tkay made me feel very at home in her shop and I had no doubt that my locs would look beautiful! She made sure that I was taken care of right away and I was excited because this was my first professional retwist since I grew my locs out and it did not disappoint!! She made sure to ask me if I liked my color and if not, she would adjust it to my liking. My hair was very neat and well done. The care that was put into my wash was meticulous and relaxing and I could tell that she used good quality products and actually took pride in her work. I would definitely come back(:

Experience was one of a kind. I did not have to wait at all, and the atmosphere was nice and laid back. My locs were awesome!!!!!
