HORRIBLE! AWFUL! HORRENDOUS! I arrived the 27th of March, and the service was immediately bad. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful.
When I walked into my room, you could immediately smell marijuana, as if someone had just smoked in the room. The room was also untidy and it looked like it had not been cleaned. I walked back to the front desk to request another room but the girl at the front desk did not want to help me. She told me that I would have to pay extra for an upgrade even though it wasnt an upgrade. The rooms were the same rate. I then asked her if she could go smell the room so she could see for herself but she didnt want to. I asked for a manager and she rudely said CALL HER YOURSELF and threw a card at me. The only thing she offered to help me was a bottle of febreze.
I do not recommend this hotel. Find another option before you stay there.

Man Ive never had an issue at this hotel until tonight. I had my friends meet me at my suite before we went to our show and we get a knock at the door it was the girl from the desk stating that her manager said it was too many people in our rom and that was a liability basically saying too many black people in one area. I know we were racial profiled because it was a group of black women having a girls night and she put them out and said it was the manager watching the camera from another hotel site. I mean come on nobody was bothering nobody from either party nor were there any disturbances from either party. Ive had my friends there before and never had a issue but this particular desk clerk or manager as she said only targeted a certain group and its definitely unacceptable I wont be staying here again

I stayed here 2 nights ago. The woman at the check in desk was very nice. There was a very strong odor of marijuana, as soon as I walked into my room. Part of me feel like it may be a staff member that's smoking in the room, because it smelled like it just happened. Also, the curtain in my room was closed shut by a floss pick to keep the sunlight out. I'm not sure if the housekeeper may have missed that when they were cleaning. At that point, I was too exhausted to go complain about everything. Plus, I was only staying for one night. Hindsight, I wish I did complain to someone. The next morning, I received a text directly from the hotel that checkout was at 12pm, however the housekeeper came a little after 11 to come clean the room. I told her that I was staying until 12, because the text message said that was the time of checkout. I did the checkout option via text, so I could just drop off my room key and leave. I sent the checkout text, and left the hotel at 11:45am. My statement, via email, is showing that I checked out at 12:44pm. I saved all the text messages from the hotel as well. Also, there is a $100 deposit that you have to give them, and it'll be released back into your account after checkout. I'm not sure how long it takes, but I'm still waiting for it to be released back into my account. My bank account said that it was pending, but now it's showing that they took the $100. I pretty much left my hotel room clean, because I was only there for one night, and I was the only one staying there. I need a resolution, and an update on my deposit. Or, I will be contacting corporate.
