Excellent Insurance agent, very responsive to emails and requests for certificates, Alli always go the extra mile to make sure I have the coverage, even contacting the people that are requesting the certificate to see the details of the request. Great service.

Horrible customer service and lazy employees and staff and the owners are totally unprofessional. When asked Sara Fletcher the rep for an items she said it too much time for her to day and it gave her a headache because it was something she doesn't normally do, but it only takes 20 minutes. Its a request we ask for once a year. I spoke with the owner Nathan Griffin and he cursed at me in his email. I guess when you take over daddy's company you can treat employees anyway you like. Not this one. The sad thing is they have really good rates.

We started working with Griffin and Company in 2017 on an investment property and enjoyed working with the team so much that we switched over to them for all of our insurance needs. We highly recommend them!
