        DO NOT BE mad about a loan that was with albany loan to start with not 1st franklinGET A BETTER PERSON ANSWER THE PHONE Some ppl financial situation change at any giving moment beyond their control lady at the front rudely went off and disconnected me all because I called nicely to inform them of my situation UPDATE : had speak with a manager in order to get some clarification thanks michelle for being better than the front office lady

The customer service was great, I was immediately greeted and acknowledged by her as soon as I walked into this establishment. The atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful and Mrs. Brenna was very nice and professional throughout my entire visit.
