Food is definitely on point compared to the one on glen iris, but you'll never know what price you'll be charged for a drink. Consistency is a cornerstone for a successful business.

Had reservations at 12am and did not get seated until 1:15am. Once we did get seated in our section, no one came to us to place an order. Worst experience ever!!! Worst service.ever!!! They do NOT honor the 2hr time limit reservation.

Manager said they had chicken thawing out at 11pm. I never heard nothing like it. I went to CRU in another city and this experience at Albany location makes their brand look horrible. Place full of jits not paying for anything.

I traveled literally 80 miles to catch a vibe at cru because every time i go to Atlanta they never disappoint . ALWAYS A VIBE. This location will literally have you feeling other wise . It's definitely NOT IT ! It gives classless! THE MANAGER ON THE 12/30 SHIFT OF THIS LOCATION LITERALLY IS NOT MANAGER MATERIAL AT ALL . It's a no for me and I will not be back ! This is place literally made for a total different vibe and not the cru vibe I'm used to . CHANGE THE NAME and stop making cru name look bad . Automatic 30 percent gratuity for piss poor service yeah never again .
