Great customer service can't beat the deals

I purchased a mattress for $594.00 on the 22nd Of August via their online store. I scheduled the delivery for the 24th of August. I emailed the company several times to confirm and got nothing back from then. On Wednesday the 24th, the day of delivery I tried calling as well as texting the company. On the 5th attempt, the "owner" answered and stated that he was not planning on delivering that day, that he had not been paid. I had paid, but he was waiting for the funds to clear his account before making a delivery. That is a 3-5 business day process. I could have walked into his shop and gotten the mattress that day, but because I used HIS online store, he decided he did not want to deliver. He then began a sad song of being a business owner and having to wait to get paid. Little does he know, I own several retail stores and other than cash paying customers, every single shop owner in the country, when accepting credit cards waits for payment despite the customer already leaving the shop. It's how the world works. The owner of the shop is rude, not customer focused in the least bit and comes across very aggressive. The police should take note as someone with this much aggression is a danger to society. He's the kind of guy we will all see on television after a mass shooting someday. I am now without a mattress and without the $594 that I paid. I have to wait 10-20 days to process a claim with my credit card company. This was a horrible person to do business with and a very bad experience for me. The biggest disappointment will be family members sleeping on an air mattress as this company did not deliver after taking an order and my money.
