Lincare has really gone downhill within the last year. I've had my oxygen machine 6 years & it's never been serviced. They keep saying they are shorthanded & will get to it. Not! I had to send my portable back for repairs in January of this year. I called the end of February to see if it was back, they acted like they had no clue about it. She finally said they were waiting on my insurance approval.I never understood why the portable machines weren't kept in store. I was at an event and my cannula developed a hole. So I called to get one & they were out of stock, They've been on 'order' for months! For the last few months Lincare started going downhill on service & caring, they finally found the bottom of the hill. Sad Lincare staff use to care, they were kind & helpful but not anymore I really hate they've joined the I don't care club. They use to be one on the best UPDATE: I was informed by the "owner" to call Lincare direct. Well I did. Quadria said she took my info to pass on to the supervisor. So far no response back. I'm home bound until I get my portable back It appears thst noone at Lincare cares, NOONE CALLS BACK!

Anthony excels when with equipment's. My machine was set up wrong by another employee and when Anthony came out to bring me some oxygen tanks he notice it. He corrected to problem and set it up correctly. Anthony is very nice and polite and knows his job very. Thanks Anthony for all you does for Lincare patients.

They do not send you a bill until you're three months behind! You can't pay your bill if you don't have an invoice number!

Kathy Layton excels in Customer Service! I came to Lincare in the middle of chaos - people quitting, retiring and mass confusion. Kathy was the only employee left. Instead of having an attitude, she stepped up, figured out where I had been "dropped" and took care of my needs. All with a kindness and professionalism that is rarely seen in Customer Service these days. I SO appreciate her and I hope the Lincare company does as well!
