        Ordered photos online, two days later I stood in line three times for well over 15 minutes each time before they told me that I needed a physical copy of written copyright consent for me to print my wedding photos. I had two orders that were wedding photos that same day, and they let me pick up the 4x6 pic no questions asked. Yet the 16x20 collage (that I learned later they had cut incorrectly so it isn't wide enough to fit in a 16x20 frame) they wouldnt let me take without the copyright information. They desperately need more people at the photo counter, and if they need copyright information they should let you know when they send you the confirmation email saying your photo is ready to be picked up. Its worth $4 to ship it to your house after waiting almost an hour to get my pics.
