I contacted Barnes Premier to pressure wash the house and driveway. Barnes Premier came out to the location the same day to look at the area. The next day- Barnes Premier was on site doing the job. I don't know what's in the "special sauce " but omg it made the areas look new. I would recommend Barnes Premier to anyone. If you want the job done right and need some of the "special sauce" contact Barnes Premier to handle the job. You will not be disappointed
