        Does having an account in collections deny an application?

        Will mot allow you to view any properties at all unless you apply for them, run your credit, and pay and application fee. Even if you do not want to purchase or rent the property you still have to take a hit to your credit score and give then personal information just to say no. Very poor way to run a realty company and have very very poor customer service. Are rude when asking to view propert and will never use their service again.

      Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, we can not show property without an application and proof of income. The application can be submitted without paying $30.00. The $30 is for the credit/ background check which is not done until we have verified income and landlord responses. The credit check is a soft inquiry, not a hard inquiry, so it does not affect your credit score (as you’re not purchasing anything). We typically run the credit check after the property is viewed, however, we have to have proof of income before we can show. We also take applications early and will show when repairs, flooring, painting, and cleaning is completed. We hope this clears up any confusion. Thank you
