Bojangles

I come to Albany, Georgia every week and on the way to my moms, I order dirty rice and a half gallon of unsweet tea. On the visit on April 7, 2024, one of the workers handed me an empty half-gallon container instructed me to get it myself, and walked away. I stood there looking at the heavy dispensers and struggled to bring the unsweet one forward, Due to the height difference between the container and and dispenser I had to balance the heavyweight while ensuring my three-year-old and five-year-old grandchildren didn't get hurt as the heavy dispenser teetered on the edge of the counter. I am a disabled senior and I was appualed by the incredulity of the staff. In the twenty-eight weeks I have been getting my 80-year-old mother her order, I have never been treated like this and I will never go back to this store again.

my chicken biscuit was raw on the inside normally have no issue but today this is just not it couldnt eat chicken biscuit the inside its cold and raw i bit into and had to spit it on because some wasnt right then looked on the inside its not done what so ever
