        The driver brings my insulin, in a special package marked refrigerate immediately. Leaves it on the car, in the sun! The carport is 5 feet in front of the car. 10 more steps, round trip, he could put it in the shade. This person is short a few bricks in his chimney. This is just one of many such stories. Insulin has been bad more than once because of their delays! One star is too many.

        I like this FedEx office because its located near the airport so I know my package doesn't have to travel very far to get on a plane.

        I have Delivery Manager set up to be placed at the back door and only one of their drivers actually does it. Everyone else throws packages on front steps and is always on their phones. I hate this service and have complained multiple times about the lack of care these drivers have. HIRE BETTER.
