        Staff was very rude and acts like she didn't know what she was doing or didn't act like she wanted to do anything (there was one person there ad it was a woman there but not sure what her name was) . Asked for documents and was told they were ready to pick up when I got there she was on her cell phone the whole entire time.. she put the phone on speaker phone so whoever she was talking to heard our conversation. She just made the whole process difficult. poor customer service in my opinion. Sorry don't remember her name. and I wouldn't be putting this bad of a review if it only happened once but this is the 2nd time.
