        Do not use this Company, especially transporters. they will sit on your money and not pay you by dispatch order. We had to call for days and e-mail for days to an unprofessional accounting department, very rude lady. Response to whom ever, Do not give the excuse of USPS, you crooked brokers want to just sit on people's money. We know what kind of a culture you are. Terminate Heather and the accounting lady immediately for your best interest. FYI you are on the Transporters black list, so lots of transporters will not be doing business with you. Good luck in your future crookedness.

        Upon release of the vehicle, $220 was stolen from my car and here I am two days later and I havent received a claims form from Victoria who is extremely rude and unprofessional. Will be doing all it takes to get them reported

      I'm sorry for your bad experience Mr. Lord. You received your check within 9 business days of submitting your paperwork. We cannot control USPS, especially from Georgia to Utah. We strive to maintain good working relationships with our haulers, however we will not allow our staff to be berated by someone calling repeatedly making unrealistic demands. We wish you luck in your future business endeavors, but will not be using your services in the future.
