Nice people until you quit due to not making money on percentage pay, I worked an entire week, got one load delivered due to a breakdown, made 250 for that week, and after I resigned, they sent me paperwork showing I was fired due to no call no showed after I quit and told my dispatcher 2 days before dropping the truck off at the terminal, and then I recieved that saying I no call no showed, however I resigned due not making enough to pay my bills!!! I have the messages to show that and the stubs to show it, they are full of it.

Terrible environment. Not for someone looking for a career or advancement. For the truck driver role your a driver:mechanic/manager/everything you can think of. A typical day consists of driving, putting up with dispatch who works against you in the most wrongful ways. Monitoring paystub information weekly to find missing money do to the dispatcher not turning it in or the company refusing to give it to you. It also consists of violating your privacy through in-cab cameras that record whenever. These cameras as we were told only record when we are "notified". However they will call you and say position the camera this way, were looking at you through the camera and it needs to be adjusted. Who in their right mind would feel as if their privacy is protected by such monitoring. It is supposed to only record in the event of a safety issue therefore "Simply citing safety without clear justification and specific protocols wouldn't be enough to justify constant monitoring". Also the company directly informing me that they're watching my dash footage in real-time is a clear privacy violation. Even with safety concerns, direct monitoring should not happen without my knowledge and consent. It also indicates a lack of transparency and potentially a misuse of the recorded data. I'm warning you ahead of time please, take this into consideration as this is literally the shadiest company I've ever worked for. Should I tell you how much an eight hour drive paid me one time.... The worst part about the pay is that we get paid by the load, meaning no matter how long it takes to do the load you have to complete it before you get paid. That being said it may take you 12-21 hours to complete(while trying to abide by the hours of service). I do appreciate the good dispatchers, managers and office personnel however, for the others i have seen dogs that could run the company better than "some" people in their management. I don't even know why they have a "safety department". As they clearly don't want safety first anyways...more like lower insurance first...I mean for such a big company we have horrible equipment that regardless of a pre-trip there is something likely to still be bad on either truck or trailer(due to the age and horrible condition). This leaves us in an unsafe environment along with road side inspections. I hate everything about this company it doesn't feel right, nothing feels compliant. Some of the management are very unprofessional and dramatic. Please I don't know your job situation but beware. They are slowly closing the doors! Thank you drivers for the work you do because I know, it's frustrating; to be that hard working man or woman and work all day for very little appreciation I know. And before you even think about it do not consider regional, it will not pay more, everyone has a pay cap so it's limited. Like I have looked at reviews before and thought wow this person must be either mad for a reason or just bluffing about the company, no take this as one who is telling the honest truth and cares about others. Oh and have you ever had to bite your tongue? If not get ready. You have been warned. Pros: There is still first, fifth and sixth gear. Hotel for orientation. Cons: Management, safety, pay, equipment
