I highly recommend trying Bolay! The general manager was very friendly and the food was delicious! They have gluten free options and is a great healthy alternative to most restaurants in the area.

5 stars. The quality of the food was good. Service was very kind and friendly. The atmosphere open and fresh and clean. I enjoyed the forbidden rice...seemed a healthy choice. The salmon was hot and fresh tasting. My only issue...it just doesn't seem to be as good a value as other places with same concept....salad/rice/protein. You can only choose 2 bases. And 1 vegetable for the 12.99 The salmon was $3 more. All other concepts like this you are free to choose any vegetable. I like a little of each. At Chipotle you add several; Salata you have a huge choice of veges and fruits; CAVA you are a little more restricted....but still not as much as this. It will be hard to choose this place...even though it tasted fresh....when others allow me to have more variety. I had bases...Kale and Forbidden Rice. Then Corn as my vegetable. And Salmon as my protein. For 2 people it was about $30.

I was surprised. Very yummy! I highly reccomend coming here. Not too many options to choose from with the toppings in my opinion but was very good. Pleasantlybsurprised as I came here only because Chipotle was extremely long line!
