Extremely thorough and approachable pest solutions. We use Pacific for all of our pest and rodent calls now. We switched over from a bigger company because the prices were better and the service felt much more personable. Brett does our pest control and many of our neighbors. We get recommendations that are economical and effective instead of getting priced for over-the-top solutions. Pacific Pest helped us with our rodent exclusion, too. The team really stands by their work.

Brett inspected my home for critters and was able to identify the areas where they entered. Instead of charging me an arm and leg to get rid of the issue, he educated me on how to solve the problem myself. Very much appreciated knowledge. We really liked this company. Really prompt, reasonable prices. I wish you could pay online though instead of sending in a check. We originally went with them because they're supposedly fairly safe for use around pets. Our tech was so knowledgeable and personable that we ended up following him to his own company he eventually started. If something falls through with that, we would be happy to go back to PPS.
