Roofwell

My roof was replaced by Roofwell in 2020 but now I have a leak. There phone numbers do not work and I get an error message when I try and send messages through their website.

Ok, roof is leaking again in the same spot and no one is answering the phone.Update on this review. Roofwell took care of the issue in a professional and timely manner. They stopped the leak, replaced the damaged ceiling tiles, and touched up the water mark in my living room. ----------------------------------------------------- The verdict is still out on the quality of work. My roof was replaced quickly after the contract was awarded and they did a decent job of clean up. I did discover a leak around my chimney and they sent someone out within 5 days. The problem I have is that no appointment was set up, they just showed up, and the guys that came out didn't speak English. It's really hard to discuss an issue with someone who doesn't speak your language. I hope that they found and fixed the leak and that I hear back from someone about fixing my ceiling damage.

Roof is leaking at two separate locations. They're not picking up calls anymore. Seems like a fraudulent business.

If you need a roofer you definitely ought to consider Roofwell. I worked with Jeremy he was amazing! This guy was on point for everything, very responsive, knew his business, answered all my questions quickly and professionally. His team of guys came in and literally had my roof done in half a day, they cleaned the area very well and treated my property like it was their own. My roof looks amazing and we've already gotten a couple of compliments from neighbors. Great business here don't hesitate to give these guys a call, you won't be disappointed!
