The Bluffs at Epps Bridge

The apartments are decorated in a very old way. The kitchen and the walls are very old colors. It can be fixed by painting the walls in more modern colors, light gray, off-white, kitchen white or gray, which gives it freshness. Doesn't make the unit look good. Handles in the kitchen are damaged very frequently. The dog park in total abandonment, my puppy escaped because the fence is broken, the residents do not pick up his dog's excrement. The hallways and stairs of the apartments are in poor condition, dirty, full of spiders or any insects, the neighbors leave garbage in the hallways, the wooden floor has protruding nails that when walking several times you can trip over them. The main office does not respond to messages or complaints, you indicate that everything is discussed by email and they end up calling your cell phone. The apartment has carpets everywhere except the bathrooms and kitchen, but they don't allow you to change the carpets even if you have a health reason. When you renew the contract they tell you that we are going to clean the carpets and they don't do it. They go above the law where the priority will always be the health of their client. Really the only good thing is the large parking lot. In summer, during the week and on weekends, they close the pool very early and they also close it well before the beginning of autumn, I suppose to save cleaning costs. Lately, to rent the units they have become very demanding with the requirements, it would be amazing if this requirement brought significant changes in the units and public areas, but no, everything is still in extreme deterioration and abandonment.

Jayde was an absolute delight to work with. She was so helpful and kind. Moving across country is difficult logistically but she made it so easy for me. She answered literally every single question I had and did so with the best attitude!

smells horrible all the time, sick from the smells constantly! they do not do anything to help with the problem even once you gave proof. they do not care about you at all. cigarette smoke and weed all over!!!! do not live here unless you smoke.

Staff was very helpful in my apartment hunt! Helpful, timely, and answered all of my questions. Maintenence requests seem easy to file and I cannot overstate how wonderful the staff was. 5 stars!!

Living here has been great so far The size and affordability of the units is great. Parking is never an issue which is a plus. Complex has its own pool and fitness center. Having a laundry center on site is nice. Management has been good to deal with and maintenance orders are completed when asked.
