        I love this place! The maintenance guys, Tony and Elvis, are very friendly, but most importantly EFFICIENT!! They take care of any request I put in super fast and the neighborhood is always super clean!! The office ladies are also awesome! Jessica and Stephanie always remember my name and ask about my puppies, by name. Its so nice to feel valued as a resident 10/10 would recommend

        Great clean neighborhood with awesome employees. Rent is a little on the high side but they also have trash pickup and other services that have made this one of the best places I've rented in athens.

Not only do they take pride in making sure that the property is kept up, but they actually care about the residents who live there.         I have been living at 2035 Timothy Woods going on three years. A little over a year ago we got new management. It has been amazing to see the change in service! They have upgraded everything in the community. The Business Manager Stephanie is fantastic and so helpful. She is a true pro at customer service and customer satisfaction! Definitely give this community a look if you are in the market. You won't be disappointed.
