        My stay here was wonderful. The front desk was amazing. They were very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. Even the staff who prepared it was very nice. The room was clean. I give this hotel five stars

        Nic the manger failed his job! So if I could give a negative I would! Mix up with my company check arriving and it billing on my credit card. Which was fine, however, Ive left several messages for Nic to contact me so I would know if they ever received my check. Or stop payment. I checked out 4 days ago and still havent heard from Nic. Every time I called they took a message stated Nic had just left out and they would give him the message! My last and final call Khmeille was very rude not only to myself but to my cooperate office in response to the check. Cooperate office called me back and said you will never stay there again on our dime ! Due to her rudeness. So if you dont have to deal with billing issues then you will be good! The parking was good and convenient as well as the hotel was very clean! Breakfast was great as well! Thanks Nic for your call back or lack there of! 2 mins of your time is all we ask for! And as far as Khmeille. She needs retrained especially in the area of customer service while running interference for you!
