Java Cycles & Repair

I would not recommend buying anything from this business. The business owner, Rick, is never there and will tell you anything to sell you a scooter or whatever it may be. I am a student & bought this scooter to get to/from campus. I have limited experience with scooters, and spoke to him over the phone about the concerns I had regarding repairs if it ever broke. He assured me that they are a fair, small business and would do anything they could to take care of me as a customer. The scooter I bought hasn't needed any repairs for a few months, and it started to act up and wouldn't start over the past few days. I called Rick and he was extremely disrespectful, condescending and rude to me, saying that he was "doing me a favor that he did NOT have to do", and that if I "was going to cause so many problems" that I shouldn't even bother bringing it in... The "problems" he's referring to were me trying to figure out a time to get the scooter there between my classes. I feel very deceived by trusting a small business that turned out to be nice only when they want your money or when its convenient for them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS.
