Sora at Spring Quarter

The move in experience has been great so far, Sazsa is very kind and helpful answering our questions! The building is beautiful and Ken is amazing from maintenance - very helpful with getting us comfortable and taking care of small things we need fixed!

10/10 recommend! Sazsa did an amazing good and making me feel comfortable with choosing Sora at Spring Quarter. She answered every question I had bo matter the time of day. During our tour I was showed all the amazing amenities they had to offer. I left that day knowing I would sign my lease with Sora. After 3 weeks and 2000+ miles traveled I can now say I have the best apartment in Midtown Atlanta all thanks to Sazsa!

We moved to Sora in late March 2024 after a year at a luxury building a couple of blocks away. The difference is night and day! Sora is quiet and grown-up, with a focus on experiences that makes one relax just by walking in the door. The amenities are upscale and thoughtfully designed and located, the colors and fixture selection are modern and fashionable, the plants are superbly placed and plentiful, and the staff is highly attentive. As for the latter, we are very impressed with the 24/7 concierge staff that actually looks up to see people enter the building, as opposed to staring at their phones, like in our previous building. Royal, the head concierge, has a keen eye for service and care that I have only experienced at luxury hotels in NYC, Miami, and Chicago. Josh and Andre are equally attentive, and I'm sure the others who work at hours we are not normally coming in the front door also are great, as service expectations come from management. Sazsa, our leasing agent, made sure that everything was smooth before, during, and after our moving day. She is lovely, service-driven, and always kind and responsive when we need something. There were a couple of items that needed attending to after we moved in, and Ken was great in fixing up these minor maintenance items. My interactions with Mario, the lead maintenance person, have also been impressive. Truth be told, one of the major reasons we started looking to move after only a few months was the failure of building management to enforce the rules for residents to pick up their dog waste. We, and a couple of other families, were the "poop pickup parents" for the rest of the community. Sora has cameras on the dog park and, so far, we have not had to pickup anyone else's dog waste. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to move to Sora. We look forward to the many group events, like yoga, wine tasting, art events, etc. There were none of these at our former building--unless you want to count the frequent large unauthorized parties that management did not care to shut down. Friends who live in luxury buildings in other cities report that Sora's amenities and management quality exceed what they can obtain. In short, management is serious about making sure that residents can come home to--well--home. We highly recommend this place.

We had an exceptional experience touring Sora with Marquis. We loved where we were at in Midtown, but decided to take a look at Sora last minute and were blown away! Marquis is a gem! He was extremely patient, cordial, and knowledgeable, and he took the time to show us multiple floor plans. We have toured several high rises in midtown and a lot of the new places coming up, but Sora is at the top of the list. The building is amazingly built with attention to detail, the amenities are incredible, the views are breathtaking. You just gotta see it and thank me later. We are super excited to be making Sora our new home!
