Coastal States Bank - Corporate Office

I served on a nonprofit board that had its money at Coastal States Bank. They treated the nonprofit like absolute garbage and charged more fees than I thought possible. Poor communication and total thieves. I highly recommend you avoid this bank. Tried to score zero stars but could not.

I have been costumer of Coastal States Bank, which was formerly Cornerstone Bank for years. I always put off calling them to deal with issues because they are not dealt with efficiently or effectively, even though I experience many issues, specifically with mobile banking app (not being able to log in,etc.). I am writing this review because of a particularly awful experience I had trying to replace my debit card. It took almost a month and a half to have the card replaced even though I kept calling them and telling them I don't have another bank or card and am struggling to find a way to get access to my money to even feed myself! I called multiple times within first 2 weeks to make sure the card was en route after filling out the replacement form. They told me it was in route and should arrive in next couple of days. It did not. and so I called again and again and had multiple instances of different people saying they would call me back immediately to try and figure it out. They never did. When I talked with people on the phone they were unhelpful (saying things were awful but not offering any solutions), rude (interrupt me, huffing and puffing, put me on hold without telling me, not friendly in the slightest). I eventually got my new debit card after almost a month and a half after they overnighted it to me after asking 3 times but it took hours and a lot of stress.

No way to get a hold of this company. Why are you doing credit inquiries on me?
