Dr. Howell was very caring and kind. She took my concerns seriously and gave me time to ask any questions I had. She even squeezed me in next day for my first appointment, arrived on time and stayed a little longer than our hour to make sure I got everything I was supposed to get out of my first service. I have A LOT of injuries to document from my auto accident so there was a little more notes for her to take. She took her time to make sure she noted everything for my case, for treatment plan and claim purposes. Even though I am in a boat load of pain, I felt very comfortable with her handling of me as well as extremely comfortable with her in my home. I was super embarrassed, but she didnt judge me for how messy it was (still mastering cleaning the house from a wheelchair). Even if she did I couldnt tell! Haha!! I felt immediate relief in some of my most painful areas after being adjusted. Its also very difficult and expensive for me to travel in and out of ride-share services with a wheelchair, so her coming to me is beyond convenient. Very professional and HIGHLY recommended!!
