Terrible customer service, I agree with Sara, Marina was always short and looked you up and down kind of in a snobby way. That's if you are "greeted" at all. I agree with other reviewers that you can appear invisible. It really depends on their mood based on hormones and the men in their lives, (it's not like we can't hear them talking in the back...) I've been going there for years and years and won't be back. The last time was the last time I will be ignored. The prices are high and I have been reprimanded for bringing stained merchandise to their attention. The layout is nice and I have always credited them with looking like a store and not a flea market, but I am tired of the snobbery at a SECOND HAND STORE.

I came here specifically to buy a suit. Having a slim frame and being quite tall I am always a difficult fit. I asked for some assistance and within 1 minute the nice ladies who worked there had found two suits for me to try on. Both looked great and fit in all the right places. I took the suits immediately 2 doors down to May's the local alterations expert and we had them altered to perfection. I ended up with one modern look Armani suit for less than $200, a back up suit for $70 and a beautiful Robert Graham shirt for $60. I was very pleased with my shopping trip and my wife was thrilled too.
