We love the design! Craftbuilt took unused space and made it useable. We like the open concept, the brightness, the lightness. And we love everything about our new primary suite! Its on the main floor and we get tons of natural light with the large windows. The house looks completely new and different with the refreshed exterior, yet its still consistent with the look and feel of the neighborhood. The new sidewalk and exterior paint significantly increase the curb appeal. Visitors say: Its stunning!

Our house is over 100 years old, and we brought Craftbuilt in to renovate a front porch that had seen better days. They reframed the floor, which might have been up to 1908 building codes, but definitely not 2022, and carefully laid in a new floor to match the original. They built a porch gate that matched the look of our home, custom built two screen doors and even recreated a wooden embellishment on the roofline that had broken off at some point. Craftbuilt managed the repainting of our home exterior, including patching any missing shakes or damaged wood. The place looks great and we're really enjoying spending time on the porch again.
