Absolutely terrible dsp. I worked here 3 months and they refuse to address real isssues to the point that they fired me for literally nothing. I had zero contact with management all day long and found out at the end of the day that I had allegedly quit (I absolutely didnt quit I need this job its right before Christmas and I have children to buy for and bills to pay Im a single mother with no car this has destroyed all the progress Ive made I would never have quit this job) they dont care theyre unprofessional and rude. They will throw you away the moment they feel like it.

Management sucks. They don't have a good system and they are impatient. Like relax. Y'all are running good workers away by being so inflexible. The app says flex but the reality is furthest from the name.

I have never missed a day, never been late, and I never bring back packages. Ive been a good consistent worker with a fantastic score card since I started here months ago. I tried to voice some concerns I had about new rules being put in place and Alan one of the managers was very dismissive and angry with me and when I got off I was unemployed with no warning and not a single member of management would speak to me about it. The next day I receive a letter of separation and apparently I resigned they lied and said I quit so now I cant even get unemployment. Very unprofessional people. Very dismissive. Do not work here!!!! These negative reviews are for a reason

I worked for this company for about a month and noticed they were stealing money from me by altering my breaks, when I confronted Jonson Li about the issue, he attempted to justify his actions by blaming other coworkers and their faults. After Seeing that Jonson was a unprofessional and immature individual I decided to talk to ops manager (Alan) who completely ignored my concerns, the very next day I look at my Homebase work schedule and noticed I was taken off the schedule with no warning or explanation. This has to be the most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered, I wouldnt recommend NO ONE to work here. They need a whole new management system

Was fired after a week because I spoke my mind and told them basically you're not gonna talk to me any kind of way and the funniest part is they didn't even tell me. I found out when I wasn't on homebase anymore with them and everything was blank. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They allow drivers to get to work 15+ minutes late and it's allowed and they also have no direction whatsoever. Piss poor training, no communication, and extremely petty about little things. Avoid this DSP at all costs
