I wish I could give this hotel negative stars. The only thing convenient about this hotel was the location. Its within walking distance of Costco, which was great to pick up snacks, get gas, and a few other items we forgot at home. Upon arrival, the room appeared dirty. The sheets and couch had stains. Upon examing the blankets further, there was blood on the bedsheets. Housekeeping was not available so we had to exchange the sheets at the front desk. The toilet did not have a good flush and appeared to be stopped up. We requested maintenance and waited 45 minutes and no one showed up. We called again and was told that the maintenance person was already off and a plunger would be located. We waited another 45 minutes for someone to bring a plunger. We had to use the plunger to unclog the toilet. Everyday that we were here, we were told that they did not have towels, so we would have to wait for clean towels. Not having clean towels to shower was unacceptable for a hotel. This hotel is not very clean and not well kept. We were here 4 days and we never got anyone from housekeeping. We had to take out our own trash and take our dirty towels out the room daily. Lastly, the breakfast was terrible. The only thing that was descent was the apples. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Here is my honest review on this hotel: Upon arriving we were greeted by the staff. The check in process was smooth and easy. The room was beautiful and had a nice view of the highway and king and queen towers. As we got settled in we noticed that there were a few problems with the room. The bed skirt was dirty, the sheets and pillow cases had makeup/ dirt on them and there was a hole on the bathroom door. We tried calling the housekeeping line, but it kept going to voicemail so, we called the front desk. They advised us that someone would be up shortly with fresh linen ,but after waiting 10-15 minutes we decided to go downstairs to get an update. About 5-10 minutes after, a cleaning lady came and changed the sheets. She was very nice and worked fast. My only other complaint besides the dirty room was that we asked for 2 more washcloths to shower before checkout and the front desk stated that they dont have any clean towels. As a hotel this is unacceptable because we could not take a hot shower before leaving.
