Sonesta ES Suites Atlanta - Perimeter Center North

The rooms is stinky it smells with smoke , weeds and some sour smell. Called up front desk which assured of sending housekeeping with room freshener but no one cameWaste of money and this place is worth of less then $50/night..Dint expect this from Sonesta

This is my first time at a Sonesta Suites. I liked that there was a full kitchen(but no forks), a living room area, and a bedroom but it all felt a little dingy and the walls were paper thin. Check-in is at 4pm but I wasn't able to check-in until 4:30. That half hour makes a difference when you've been traveling and just need to lie down.

Thus was a huge suite. Two bedrooms 2 baths and every I needed. Except, there was a baby roach on my night stand and the toaster and microwave were filthy. I took a video but can't seem to attach it.

Save your time and money. They refuse to work with anyone with disabilities, especially since they have no elevators. The room they put us in, the toilet wouldn't flush, there were many spots on the walls and floors that had been torn up. The table was so flimsy that when I put pizza boxes on it it swayed back and forth. The phone didn't work, the outlets didn't work. The night I got in the supervisor said in the morning they would be able to move me to the first floor, no problem, he was completely booked for the night but had many guests checking out the next AM. He said he would make a note and get me set up for a room. The next morning I go to speak with them and to get breakfast. No one was at the front desk, I stayed there for 10 minutes before I gave up and went to go make breakfast. I went back to the room and showered. I went back down to get coffee and speak with the front desk, because the phone still wasn't working to call them. I wait for another 5 or 10 minutes and they tell me the coffee machine doesn't work and she has to wait for the hospitality manager to get in to help me out. I told her I was going to move all our stuff out of the room because we will be gone most of the day and not be back until late in the evening, so plenty of time for them to move me. The front desk girl calls me and tells me their rooms are on a first come first serve and they will not hold a room for me. I told her that is ridiculous seeing as I'm already a guest and I am going to clear out of the room well before normal check out so they can fix the room and get it ready for someone else. They refused to accommodate. The hospitality manager refused to speak to me as well. They wanted me to wait around at the hotel all day and *maybe* wait for the possibility of a room on the first floor to open and them not give ot away to someone else. I called Corporate and they told me the only way I could get changed to another room was if I paid more money.. I called priceline and they gave me a full refund and we were out over an hour before regular checkout. Do not go here. They are awful people who work here. None of them care to actually do their jobs, between the maintenance and the hospitality manager, it seems they don't truly care. Go downtown ATL Hilton garden Inn if you can. Also, if you made it this far. If you decide to go, dont eat their food. Made my husband sick, very very sick.
