I been trying for 4 days to make an appointment for my passport and haven't gotten any luck on booking one. I put all the info in and as soon as I hit submit it says that the browser was open to long. I also had other ppl try dto do it with the same result. And with the phone number being wrong I can't even get a person to talk to, which I believe is wrong. Apparently there website is messed up.

Staff is fast and efficient IF they don't have to deal with very unprepared costumers. The only thing I have to complain about is this very strange person in the foyer who has nothing better to do than be an annoying cow who thinks he needs to be educational instead of simply answering the question about the elevator to the consulate. Lol Reality Check you are a breathing information board so just do your job.

I saw some negative reviews here, but I have to say I had amazing experience here. They were very polite and organized in the consulate including the officer as well as the safe guard in the front. Most importantly, it only take a day to process my schengen visa, and I received my passport in mail after 2 days. That is so impressive. If you want to experience the German Efficiency, come to the Consulate General of Germany Atlanta!

Very efficient, organized and the people really are friendly and here to help you. Much in contrast to American authorities that will give you a hard time where they can.
