Reverie on Cumberland by Ashton Woods

I am a new resident of Reverie at Cumberland, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Emily was great to work with; she answered my "first-time home buyer" questions and showed me so much patience throughout the process. She sent me weekly updates leading up to my close date, which was great! She was responsive and always full of information when I contacted her. Again, couldn't be happier with my decision!

Ashton Woods was the best builder I have ever had! Very responsive and willing to correct mistakes made. Emily & Blake were a pleasure to work with through out the process.

Poor Management. Gate is open for 24 hours. There is no fence around the community. Whats the reason for the gate? 2 gun accidents in one year. I've experienced the worst. Stupid residents park anywhere. no one control it. This is a lawless place.

Car break ins, a shooting murder and stoop bandits are what you can expect in this sub standard community. Along with a homeless person spending the nights outside the clubhouse.
