Courtland Grand Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I have been traveling for work for over 20 years. This has to be in my top 2 worst hotels ever. They clean the room after 3 days. The cleaning was done terribly, they even took the toilet paper roll off and didn't replace it. The gym is horrible. There is one broken cable machine, a few dumbbells and some cardio equipment. I had a billing issue that could have been resolved in 5 minutes with good customer service and some empathy, it was dragged out for 5 days. I let my travel manager know to never put anyone else at this hotel.

Do not take this hotel into consideration to avoid extra charge you don't expect. There are better hotels considering the price. It was the worst moment I've had in Atlanta.

I stayed with them 2 weekends , its been over a month and I still havent received either of my deposits back . Ive sent MUTIPLE emails and left messages and havent received a call back and Ive been hung up on twice ! Very disappointed

I can't express how amazing the Courtland Grand was. Upon arrival meeting the amazing valet staff to the front desk receiving a warm welcome from the team. My room was absolutely amazing! Clean, cozy, comfortable and spacious! Not to mention the location which is close to everything downtown! Tai , from the valet department, was amazing! He made sure my car was ready and available upon request! He went above and beyond his job of a valet representative! Not to mention, i lost my debit and 2 credit cards on my stay. The response from the team after alerting them was something I'd never seen. Every team member to include supervisors on duty immediately went into recovery mode! I am greatful for my experience here. I will definitely be back. 5 star service all around!

Highly disgusted with this hotel. Not only were my sheets filthy when I arrived but I was completely out of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I went down to the front desk to ask for manager and have someone come and fix the problem instead I was told he was in a meeting & house keeping would fix concern. they took my name and number and said someone would reach out to me I also got the managers email to inform him on whats going on. This happened over a month ago I have still been calling Courtland and given the run around I would never come back and never recommend this place to anyone . I had to change my own sheets and was brought sample size bottles of shampoo conditioner and body wash. I spent over $400 to stay here an it was NOT worth it NEVER AGAIN .
