Tony at the front desk provided excellent customer service skills. He was very friendly and professional. He made the whole process run smoothly from beginning to end. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel. If you book here ask for Tony. Tay Heath

We made a reservation a week in advanced online and when we arrived I had to talk to the sassy front desk worker for over 40 min just so he could continued making me hold or wait to tell me he had no room available. Even though we had a reservation and we already paid in full! He could see our reservation and that we paid but he didnt have a room for us. He was checking in and helping other people while he made me stand there and wait while he was on hold with his manager. After 40 min of waiting just to say he had no room he then said Id have to call and cancel. Took forever to get a refund and we were stranded in Atlanta without a room. It was literally a nightmare and they gave no cares at all. Didnt even apologize.

Clean rooms, only twin long black hair in the bathroom. Breakfast was ist okay, but it was not acceptable that a stranger family had its key card coded for our room and introduced during the night and that there was no excuse of compensation by the hotel management.

Booked a 2 double bed room here over a week ago on the Wyndham app. And after driving 600 miles was told that this room did not exist. The gentleman at the desk was very nice and apologetic but it doesn't change the fact that me and my family had nowhere to stay even though I had a reservation here. This place only has single king beds, so be aware. At 11pm 600 miles from home my family and I had to find a new hotel and pay 2x the price to rest for the night. Don't trust booking online, call the hotel directly to make sure you actually have a place to stay.
