    The hotel is beautiful. Backwards that the lobby is on the top floor. Andrea is front desk agent and she is not welcoming and very rude on top of her lying and telling me there was no king rooms available only to switch someone right in front of me and move them from one king to another king then did not want me to speak with a manager! HORRIBLE GUEST SERVICES AGENT WISH I COULD RATE ZERO

    Good option for Midtown / Atlantic area. Close to offices and restaurant options, next to Marta station. Bar on 20th (Lobby) floor is nice to have for a Hampton inn. Breakfast is the "standard" for Hamptonn Inn(s).

    We stayed three nights at this hotel for the 2024 Big South Qualifier. During the first night, we went to bed early due to the long drive and were disturbed by the smoke detector around midnight. We ran out of building in a rush and we were told it was a false alarm due to system errors. Then the same thing happened again during the third night around midnight. Our volleyball team played AM wave, so we all had to get up around 5AM to get ready. The false alarm kept happening and ruined our sleep to make the players and parents even more tired. Not a very pleasant experience. In addition, the breakfast wasn't ready on time at 6AM as promised while we were in a rush driving to the Atlanta Convention Center. If the hotel wants to do business for volleyball tournaments, please take this special need into account for your future service.

    I made a reservation on their website site weeks prior, got my emails confirming. I show up at the hotel after driving for 9 hours from Florida only for the person at the front desk to tell me my reservation had been canceled due to a card issue I received no email about the issue, no call of course, nothing. Not in my inbox, not in my spam folder. Nothing at all. Its January, 20 degree weather, 3am. The person at the from desk didnt try to help, in fact kinda laughed at me when I asked if I could just book a room in that moment. I felt so distressed. I went to another Hotel and they accommodated me by charging me for both nights. The room was double the cost of this one. Expensive last minute issue caused by the poor system/service at this place. But a good example that theres always a way to help the customer.
