Rooms were really cool. Location was good. Service wasnt. The guys at the front desk were all nice and helpful but something about the ladies working there made it impossible to enjoy my stay. They almost made me feel uncomfortable to ask for help. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 2/5 | Location : 4/5 More

Air barely worked. Alexa didnt work and thats what they advertise the whole room to be. No shampoo and they advertise water station and everything was out. Toilet paper holder was broken so fell every time you pulled the paper. Overall convenient to where I was Going but probably wouldnt stay again, no attention to detail. Could have been an easy 5 star stay bc everyone was friendly and the rooms are cool, but lacking attention to detail is a deal breaker. Walkability: Walkable to State Farm arena

The stay here is always a great experience Terrell the Valet greeter us within seconds of arrival and was very sweet and professional.then once inside Anthony greeted us and got us a great room even though I didnt had a reservation he made sure the checkin was quick and easyhis attitude and demeanor was truly something specialand made sure I got my favorite part of staying here for me which is the POPCORN!!!!
