From the assistant general manager was very rude and acting like she didnt care when I went down and told them my room had hair and roaches. The lady that claims shes an agm didnt care and acted like she didnt want to be there. She yelled at an employee for asking me is there anything they could do. I would absolutely not stay at this place ever again. Staff is so rude, if it was up to me I would fired the whole management staff

The place is nice and easy to get to. The service wasn't that great although the staff is very kind and Friendly. First the rooms were cold at night in the spring but the thermostat needed some crazy mechanic stuff to get the heating to work. The crew had left for the day so we needed to deal with cold all night. We requested for extra blankets but got extra bedsheets coz they didn't have extra blankets. The room charge doesn't include breakfast. You pay $18 a person for a continental breakfast. The place was very clean with alot of parking space. It is also easy to get to.

The room has a musty smell, which is very unpleasant, and the hallway with garbage debris. There was even an open condom wrapper. When I called the front desk to complain, they sent a staff to remove the condom wrapper. This is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in.

Room 507. The heat didn't work. It was 40 degrees outside and 30 degrees in the room. My daughter slept with her clothes and shoes on. Couldn't get the front desk on the phone, so I had to go down just to let them know how cold the room was. Filed a complaint with Hilton Diamond desk. The next night, I pulled out the sofa bed, and there's food in the bed wrapped up in the sheets. Called the front desk and had no answer. My daughter and her cousin couldn't sleep in the sofa bed because the sheets weren't changed from the guess before us. Checked out immediately! Rooms: Check the sheets, period! The room is outdated, and the furniture is old, worn, and stratched up. The tv is small, and the presentation of the room was bad. This location has nothing as advertised on the Hilton website. Absolutely nasty!
