Nice rooms. Very spacious. I loved the shower .. the view was great. Made memories with the curtains open

WOW! DO NOT STAY HERE! My daughter checked in last night and called me saying Dad are you sure you booked this place? Doesnt seem like a hotel you would stay in! AC doesnt work and its not clean. So I called the front desk and spoke to a woman who said the AC was repaired and everything was cleaned up today so no need to find another hotel. I flew in the next morning and had appointments all day, was looking forward to getting a shower and going to dinner. Well that didnt happen. The water was off all day at the hotel and not only is the AIr Conditioning broken in the hotel its off in every room. I had room 307 and it was 75 degrees and the windows are screwed shut. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and that was also broken. I went down to the front desk and kerwin said there is no ac anywhere and no plan to repair it. People in the elevator and lobby all complaining and sweating!! I asked him to relocate my family with 2 rooms to another Marriott hotel (since I booked through the bon voy app) he said there werent any hotels available nearby due to prom but I can cancel your stay here. I called Marriott and Brianna took over letting me know the first hotel with rooms was .01 miles away and asked if we would like to stay there. She helped us find new rooms and moved a few miles away. Ultimately missed our dinner reservation and didnt get to finish what we were here to do but am in a Marriott courtyard now and will never book a Sheraton again even through Marriott. Im leaving out the industrial chemical smells and poor conditions/dust. I will add more to this review since Marriott still needs to reach out to me about their employee lying about the hotel conditions and the overall disaster that going there was. The letter attached which I found in the room says water is off from 12 -5 then in the next sentence it says should be on by 6. They didnt let anyone know before booking or checking in about the deplorable conditions.
