        Very kind, professional staff! Clean, comfortable rooms! Tasty, hot breakfast every morning with a variety of entrees to choose from. Every one that we encountered was super friendly, especially the front desk staff and breakfast staff. Laura P and other breakfast staff member were so very kind and helpful to guests. Would go out their way to see if there was anything guests needed with a friendly smile on their faces. My family truly enjoyed our experience and definitely plan to frequent this hotel again! Rooms: Very clean, comfortable rooms! Safety: The hotel had good lighting and felt safe and secure. The security guard was very kind and professional. He walked the grounds and the perimeter to make sure everything was safe. Very visible and present.

        Terrible. 4 day booking was cancelled on a Saturday. Booked months in advance. The excuse was that my card was not processed at 6 PM. They claimed to have called me - I was on a flight. They provided 0 options and sent me on my way. You lost a long-time customer. Bye.

        Jackie was everything about this hotel. Shes the only reason it gets a 5. Breakfast attendants didnt talk to you. The hotel is a bit run down and well in need of an upgrade. The rooms are pretty clean though. Jackie makes everything right. Shes so sweet and accommodating. Rooms: Older design from what you expect for Holiday Inn Express. No lie, its probably been the same design for 15 years. Ownership needs to invest in the property. Walkability: Meh. I walked around to the shops. Its ok. A little sketch, but never felt intimidated.
