Average hotel that does the job. Was clean which was nice.

This was a fantastic hotel. Service was beyond excellent. Our room was super clean and well appointed. The beds were so nice that I wanted to take them home. The only thing I had a problem with was the bed linens. They were rough and scratchy.

We stayed for one night on March 30, 2024. Princely at the front desk was amazing. He was very courteous and helpful. Our room was awesome. We wished we could've stayed longer than a night. The hotel is close to a lot of attractions, so that's a plus. The breakfast was delicious, so many options to choose from. Will definitely be back when we go to Atlanta again.

Princely was SO NICE. Please give him a raise. I was almost a Karen like my kids would say but he really brought me back down to earth. He was personable and down to earth with my family (I had all the kids and the 2 black labs ). Room was nice, location is nice. Pool & gym is small- expected in an urban hotel. Breakfast was good. Location is amazing! Stayed for an international military move and flying out of ATL. Was able to walk all around the battery and never felt unsafe. Would def stay again if coming to area.

Our hotel was amazing until the end when we were eating at the breakfast table. We were approached by Anton asking us three times if we were checking out. He didnt ask no one else only us. While we were downstairs eating our breakfast the house keeper came in our room and started cleaning our room and made a assumption that we were gone. We came back upstairs confused because we felt that we were singled out and harassed. Management did address it quickly but they can do better internal communication. Great news! Princely made our stay so amazing his energy was so welcoming. He greeted us with wonderful smiles and laughs making our stay feel great :) Promote this guy!
