        Lived here for 3 years and loved it. Great property in a nice area with a great staff. Any issue I had got resolved fairly quickly.

        Been living here for roughly two years now and can say that I truly enjoy this apartment community. Rent is very affordable. Amenities are great. Best of all maintenance is always there to handle any kind of repairs you need. Everyone here is super friendly from tenants to office staff.

        The right management team can make any place a pleasure to live at, and Rafael, Monique, Jorge, Shannon and team work hard to make sure this is a great place to live, and it shows -that is why I'm leaving 5 stars. I truly love it here! It's a secluded, peaceful and lovely community tucked away in Sandy Springs, and everyone I have met here is nice and friendly -definitely a bonus to living in a small rental community. Anytime I have had any maintenance requests (which are few and far between) they are handled quickly and efficiently with a smile, and the property is kept in good condition! I'd recommend living here to anyone
