Florida ResiHome review 5+ Star: Absolutely wonderful experience! The first time in the neighborhood to the present day. Cindy made the entire process seamless always with a warm greeting and excellent follow through with any challenge! The head of construction is also so great and easy to work with! My new home is comfortable, clean, and perfect for my family. Thank you all for working so hard to help this come to completion! ResiHome Florida is the complete opposite of what the reviews portray about other states! I would gladly work with this team again and again!

Do NOT rent from ResiHome unless you want a whole slew of bogus charges upon move out. I have rented from other property management companies in Atlanta and have NEVER had this experience. They deducted 75% of my $2100 deposit due to bogus cleaning and painting fees. I have never previously been charged for painting fees after we patched and sanded any and all holes where we had furniture anchored to the wall due to having a toddler. We deep cleaned the ENTIRE house, including all appliances, swept, vacuumed, mopped, cleaned all bathrooms from top to bottom, took out all trash and both front and back yards were properly mowed. With this company, you pay your utilities monthly in the portal. Even though we paid each month IN FULL, we were still charged nearly $300 for utility back pay because Resis billing system allegedly runs 2-3 months behind. This was not something disclosed to us at any point until we saw the charges deducted from the deposit. These people are criminals. I have never once had a landlord or management company charge for the things Resi charged for. Ive spoken to Logan & Liz about this via email and was shut down each time with the same ridiculous justification. While renting, our experience with payments, maintenance, etc. was perfectly normal and we had no complaints. But this move-out process was completely shady with the added charges that, in my experience with several landlords/management companies, would be considered normal wear and tear. This company will deduct from your deposit to cover what their responsibility should be in getting the house ready for a new tenant. But when you move in, the floors and counters will be filthy with dust, dirt and a few dead bugs. All of which I would 100% be willing to look past if I didnt now know that they charge so many bogus cleaning fees for homes that have already been properly cleaned. I know I will receive the same copy & paste response saying theyre sorry for the bad experience and they value customer satisfaction. Its too late for me and my money with this shady company but I encourage you to heavily weigh other options if looking to rent in Atlanta.
